It adopts a laser technology unique in South Wales, UK to achieve the 100% clean separation and recovery of CRT's panel and funnel glasses with zero cross contamination. It achieves > 92% of glass mass recycled and > 98% of mass recovered, the highest possible rates of recovery as compared to 75% prescribed by the WEEE Directive.
As the cutting process is fully automated, it safely removes toxic elements and minimise exposures to our workers and work place.
